Any site where Cub Scouts wish to camp overnight, must be approved in advance by the Council Camping Committee. In order to have a site approved, the unit must contact me at least two months prior to the camping activity. This will give the Camping Committee opportunity to have a volunteer inspect the site and report back to the next camping committee meeting for approval. |
